How long does the whole process take? expand_more

From submitting your details to money in your account is typically 24 hours. Quotes are returned within 30 minutes during business hours, and we usually pick up the same day or next day.

Do I have to be home for the pickup? expand_more

For paperwork and key handover, yes — or someone authorised on your behalf. We'll coordinate a time that works for you.

What if my car doesn't run? expand_more

No problem. We tow non-runners for free as part of our pickup service — you don't need to do anything special.

What if I have finance owing on the car? expand_more

We can still buy the car. The payout amount is settled directly with your finance provider, and any remainder goes to you. Mention this in the quote form so we can plan the transfer.

How do you decide the price? expand_more

We use current Australian market data — auction prices, comparable listings, and condition — to determine a fair offer. The price we quote is the price you get, in writing, before pickup.
